The ECSO Skills Summit is an annual event bringing together ECSO Members and stakeholders to discuss the skills and human factors of the European cybersecurity sector. Nexova is a Gold Sponsor of the Summit, reflecting our long-standing commitment to supporting the work of the European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO).
The 2026 Summit will combine three different activities in a single day related to talent and recruitment:
- 09:00-15:00 CET – Road2Cyber Skills Validation Challenge; a capture the flag event, with qualifying held online in September 2026. The competition will offer a practical demonstration of talent in action, making technical capabilities visible beyond what can be captured on a CV.
- 10:00-15:30 CET – ECSO Skills Foresight Council, which will help frame the sector’s evolving skills priorities
- 15:00-18:00 CET – Road2Cyber Job Fair, where participants will be able to turn conversations into concrete opportunities for collaboration, recruitment and knowledge exchange.
